Writing Business Prior to Writing Number?

Hey forum,

Curious about which carriers are allowing writing business prior to a writing number being issued. I know Gerber will allow this practice, but who else?

I'm specifically interested in RNA, Americo and UHL. Help!

RNA will as well as long as you are getting contracted with them I believe.

Depends on your state. Some states forbid it regardless of the carrier.

Also if you have spotty credit, you might not get approved on the biz you wrote. I would recommend getting appointed first unless the company doesn't allow you to appoint before turning in biz.
