Yes. I have written several people that found the forum. Some had posted some just lurked. One nice young women was looking for a small final expense policy for her and her kids. She just kept apologizing and saying she was not one of the people that the agents here laugh about. I tried to explain that we are mostly agents telling and embellishing war stories.

So yeah, many more consumers read these forums than post.
