Re: You've Gotta Be Kidding???
Seems like we are getting RIGHTS mixed up with PARTS.
Suppose we use your "RIGHTS" example at our next interview and our client says;
"So, if I sign up for this here Medicare Part C plan, I can still keep my favorite doctor? My doctor said that she doesn't accept Medicare Advantage Plans? But, you just said I still have the same rights under this here Medicare Advantage Plan as I do under Original Medicare. Keeping my doctor... that is one of my rights isn't it?"
You see, we can take out of context and parse each single sentence. But, I can open-up any of my MA client's files and I will have notes attached that clearly have four box's. Box A, Box B, Box C, and yes that infamous Box D. And guess what? All four Box's represent the four Parts of the current Medicare program.
And I will take the time to explain each Part (Box) to the best of my ability. And a person can have Parts A, B, and D and still be in the Medicare program. Or they could have Parts C and D and still be in the Medicare Program.

Pg 86 Medicare&You 2009 "Your Medicare Rights"... "No matter what type of Medicare coverage you have, you have certain guaranteed rights. As a person with Medicare, you have the rights to all of the following: ..."
