Have any uhc agents been told they cannot sell the cip products till 2013?

I haven't been told that. But I've been appointed with both carriers for several years.

My understanding is that if your up line is not currently contracted with CIP, then you will not be able to get contracted /appointed and will have to wait until 2013 due to the integration of both systems.

I keep getting CIP material even thought they aren't in CA. Maybe they only want experienced agents?
