$1000/week - Good For A Rookie

Tom,

I've built an agency before I can most assuridly tell you, If you recruit 12 independent agents, You will almost never have all produce in a given week, I once have over 200 recruited agents and I was very lucky to get 10 to 12 to produce in a given Month.

Maybe your numbers are better than mine!

Scott

The old adage that 80% of the sales will be made by 20% of the team - will probably be right on concerning insurance sales.

We presently have over 30 agents - 10 have expressed an interest in selling Final Expense - the rest we are releasing to go direct. From this point forward - agents will be recruited to sell Final Expense only. Our frontline carrier will be ForeThought - an A rated carrier.

We will recruit 20 agents a month till January - then the numbers will jump to 50 a month.

I expect 20% of those agents to produce 80% of our volume.

I'll be sure to give monthly updates.

ForeThought has the chit when it comes to Permanent Whole Life / Final Expense.

Even more so when they come out with their revised product line later this year - I can't wait . . .

Tom

You're right about ForeThought being a good company. They are not "A" rated though they are "A-" but working on an A.

New product is getting close.
