Hey guys, it has been a short while since I have posted on here. I wanted to see what you guys thought on this particular case I have been working on. (Although I usually like to do my own risk assessments, there are those once in a blue moon situations where another opinion certainly would not hurt. Plus this forum has been a treasure trove of knowledge to me so many times, I figured it could not hurt.) I have a prospective client who would like to get coverage on his 16 year old son. I have looked around pretty good so at this point it may look like guarantee issue.

He is 16 years old non tobacco with ongoing Grand Mal seisures. He is taking the following medications.

1. Topiramate - 100mg 2x a day.
2. Clorazepate - 3.75mg once a day
3. Vimpat - 50mg 3 tablets 2x a day

His last seisure was 2 Sundays ago. Height and weight are good. No other conditions that I know of. I have already ruled out quite a few carriers. So far it's looking like guarantee issue but if I have missed any, please point it out. Here are the no go's so far:

RNA
UHL
SNL
GPM
Assurity
MOO
Transamerica/Monumental
Foresters

I have not checked out Americo, Baltimore Life, and the Standard (yet). I'm sure there are other carriers I have not considered. Thanks everybody!

UPDATE: So far United Heritage has said they will consider it based on the variables I gave them. (I should have contracted with them long ago but better late than never.) :)
