Can u sign up a person for a policy while they are in your licensed state, even if they live in another? Or is ea state different on that law?

I suggest you learn to prospect, become successful then hire someone and train them if you really want good appointments. Otherwise, any appointment setter knows how to send you on wild goose chases and take your money.

As has been said it is company and Indonesia cases state specific... Pretty sure MA passed a law requiring MA residents must be sold a MA Policy.

But now is the time to get on the phone and ask these questions and take good notes some carriers that allow it require additional forms while others don't
