20 leads weekly expectations

What is the minimum or rather a decent expectation of monthly AP from 20leads weekly?
I've seen some serious numbers on here that I would only expect from mortgage protection...
But with the average ap being lower for Fe what would be a decent amount for some one who strictly does fe?

You should be able to consistently hit 12-14k per month with 80 leads. This is as long as you have been trained on what to do.

Another overlooked point is that one agent can write 15k and another one write 8k, and the one writing 8k can make more money. It comes down to having tools/support to know if you can get the client something level/graded with higher comp before throwing them into a GI plan. I see agents that will put 1/2 of their business with GI just because no one has taught them when to use the other companies.

Make sure you are writing the correct product and using a good presentation/close and you should be fine.

Every agent HAS to be coachable, have great work ethic and be able to manage their money to make it long term in this business.

I've been writing between 8 and a little over 10K part time for the last few months on 15 leads... so I'd have to agree with boman

Depends on what area you are getting leads from.
I would have to disagree. I would almost bet that I have worked in more areas than anyone else on this forum (face to face). Every area that I have been to had agents there that failed.

If you go back and read your posts, you had some ways of thinking that caused the odds to be stacked against you. Your up line could have came to your area and wrote as much business as he wanted to.

There are areas where an agent has to work harder and get a little more creative with gates and things, but it is still just as doable.

I dropped $475 for a 1000 piece and netted 11 leads. How do you move up to 80 leads a month, just spend $475 X 8?? Need a bit of feed back on that. I know that everyone here seems to have thier own ideas, and I hope to glean from them.

You'd save a bundle on any of the fixed price lead programs out there. Highest I have heard of is 30, which is still cheaper than what you've been paying. The lead card and demographics will probably change some.

Where do you live?
