20 leads weekly expectations

Not that close, that name doen't really ring a bell. I just use them for a place to drop contracts. The training part a pick up as I research. That's what led me here. I started captive (very well trained), moved to FMO (sold business and left agents high and dry), then moved to IMO.

Ok, that can make sense as long as the comp is good. I IMO western marketing on somethings, what seperates them from the two you suggested. Trusting in your unbias and honest opinion.

Well, I'm with 360 and would love to have you. So take that for what it is worth.

I honestly know nothing about Western Marketing, so I can't compare either. I do get some spam emails from them, so that doesn't exactly give me a good opinion of them.

Thnaks for your input. I will be doing some research and some thinking on this issue. I find that this forum is a good place to get some "gray matter" turning. I may pm you in the future if that is ok?

Not sure who that is directed to, but you're welcome to reach out to me anytime.

I would have to disagree. I would almost bet that I have worked in more areas than anyone else on this forum (face to face). Every area that I have been to had agents there that failed.

If you go back and read your posts, you had some ways of thinking that caused the odds to be stacked against you. Your up line could have came to your area and wrote as much business as he wanted to.

There are areas where an agent has to work harder and get a little more creative with gates and things, but it is still just as doable.
BS. I have leads that I still have never contacted if he or anyone else wants to come try their luck.
