I've been doing outreach work in the youth jails for 12 years, and the adult jails for about 1 year. Go ahead and give me your home address and when you won't be home, and I'll forward along that information.

It sounded hopefull and niave at best. I'm going into two different detention facilities next week, so I haveI have a pretty clear understanding of what's going on with these guys.

Personally, I usually won't even write someone with a bad driving record, lapse in coverage, or a consistently high loss ratio.
