It sounded hopefull and niave at best. I'm going into two different detention facilities next week, so I haveI have a pretty clear understanding of what's going on with these guys.
Personally, I usually won't even write someone with a bad driving record, lapse in coverage, or a consistently high loss ratio.
You need to go back and read what I said. I wasn't talking about that person at all..
