Fex boys are known for churning they learned it from their welfare leader Travis.
 
when i first got on here FEX was one of the main reasons people had to prove what they said, especially marketers. It seems they have done a complete 180. They have a three year old agent on here telling people writing 300k a year is easy...Can you imagine the responses this would be getting 1 year ago?

You are full of it. FEX agents definitely do not churn. They will replace high priced stuff that YOU sold though so That can see your disdain for them.

People should be able to back up what they say... but only if they want to be taken seriously. Most don't. Plenty of people on here say all kind of things on here just here for shits and giggles. Many times in forums like this one it's just to stir the poop.

This is basically a water cooler for insurance agents. And nobody really gives a shit what anybody claims because half the people here are anonymous and most of the other half are full of BS.

I don't remember ever tearing into too many BS marketers. But I have pissed off a handful of them just by pointing out facts of what commissions should be, what releases should be, what premiums are competitive and which ones are not. I don't feel too guilty. I still sleep pretty good at night.

I must've missed the post were Jose is saying selling 300,000 a year is easy so I don't know what context he was saying it in. But I guess if you're comparing it to a guy putting roofs on houses in the hot sun for 60,000 a year or less maybe selling $300,000 in insurance would be easy compared to that. I have no idea what he means.

Selling 300,000 a year in personal production FE is not easy for most people. But unlike you or me, Jose has actually done it. So maybe his opinion carries more weight than ours.

I've seen many agents comment that the weeks you sell $8000 to $10,000 are the easy ones. Everything went right. The weeks you only sell $1500 are the tough ones. Maybe Jose is just annualizing.
