60,000 Annual Premium in one month

I haven't done $36K yet, so for me, that would be hard. But, you've been at it for 3 years, while I am only in month 8 - and I was very, very part time in months 6 & 7 because of some issues with my dad. But as of yesterday, I am back in the game ;).

Let me use a golf analogy: You are a negative handicap golfer, while I'm merely an enthusiastic duffer. So let's do this: For October, you run for $60K, and I'll run for $36K.
We can run the clock from Monday, October 1 through the end of the day Friday, November 2.

I see you wrote $3600 yesterday. I am sitting on $2999 for the week thus far. So we would both have to turn it up to hit our respective numbers.

See what you started :).

I was kinda hoping this was a go.

I would be rooting for both of you to hit your numbers.

just an update here .
$36,202 from 30th to 30th

I didn't try very hard, that was only two and three days in the field. Also I had to do a bunch of training for new agents ride-alongs every week or twice a week.

You mention trainings as a factor effecting your production.

Do the trainings make it harder for your personal production goals ?

Yes a little bit.
Because you do ride-alongs. it's always harder with another person there. Also I do ride-alongs where the new guy is the one selling. training takes away from days that I would normally be in the field.

About 2 months in. Avg 6k a week. On pace for 300k. 20 leads a week. Long way to go but a good start

Can't be done! The forum already ruled on it and they said "no". Lol

To bring you up to date:
1. The Earth is flat
2. 45% commission with free leads is a much better deal than 120% with no free leads
3. No one can sell $200,000 let alone $300,000 with 20 leads per week.
4. You won't see the real producers at company conventions because...well just because.
5. Selling $300,000 per year is easy. (I'm told Jose tossed this one out there.) come on Jose! Just kick em in the nuts next time. You're upsetting the trolls.

1 for 5.
Post 76. And if you happen to have the time, post 100.

I think it's sad when you see a true "Producer" immediately EARN the reputation of being a BS Recruiter. Don't these guys realize that most people aren't just going to believe their exaggerated and "FALSE" statements?

Back to the grind!

here is the reality - of course you can write 300k on 20 leads a week. No way Jose isn't the first or last to do this, but we can all agree that for a recruiter that has no agents doing that (other than himself) yet saying it's easy, then he is a completely fos.

Imagine if Jose was with efes or 360 saying the exact same thing and how much different newbys response would be?
