76 Yr Old Male, Health Problems

Not to be mean, but having all those issues & still smoking, this guy should just thank his lucky stars he's alive like every hr of every day!!

What does it take to make a smoker quit, geez??

But unless your state in diff, Todd King is right....Monu in Part B2 ask if the client has had diabetes before 18 (im assuming not-so thats a NO) & if client USES oxygen, and in this case thats a NO also, so he would be standard, 1st day coverage!!

Is your app different Reardon??

How would you get around "If two or more "yes" answers in Part B3, the proposed insured is eligible for the graded death benefit product"?

Monu will be 2-year ROP -- Insulin and COPD.

This is one of the tough ones. If he didn't smoke, I'm 95% sure he could get immediate with Assurity's WL.

He'll probably do best converting the term to whole and sticking with NYL -- their conversion rates are pretty good.

he can only convert to ther "permanent" life. It's UL, not whole life.

TD, I had actually come back and said I had completely forgotten about it and then overlooked it when I looked at the app.

Of course, I did have an eye appointment earlier today and I still can't see straight!! :goofy:

JD's out there in the field with it day in and day out; he's got these apps and UW guidlines memorized, I would imagine! It's hard to put one past him.

Yeah I knew JD would prove me wrong....I can never be right with him, ppl would sell a lot of FE insurance can still be wrong sometimes JD, geez!!

Reardon, u kept saying pg 2, and I was looking at pg2 of my app which includes the cover sheet, so I was actually on pg.1. I see now, he would answer yes to 2 questions in Part B3, so graded!!

Well, anyway....tell the dude to stop smoking...for Pete's sake!!

Damn, Todd. I missed too. I guess that was the blind leading the blind.
