8 hours @ McDonalds vs 8 hours Selling Final Expense . . .

To compare selling life insurance to a McDonald's job is asinine at best, but quite frankly INSULTING to everyone else on this board (Yes, even all those in the FE forum)!

Bahahahaha . . . You are a trip Davey . . . (Yes, even all those in the FE forum)!

You are an F****** moron! To compare selling life insurance to a McDonald's job is asinine at best, but quite frankly INSULTING to everyone else on this board (Yes, even all those in the FE forum)!

Insurance agents are licensed professionals (well, with some exceptions). What does that mean? It means that you are held liable for your actions. It does not mean you're competent, but that you can be held liable.

Food service workers DO have to do some kind of food safety certifications... but don't think to compare food temperatures with the terminology required for understanding life insurance contracts. Not nearly in the same league, dude.

The IQ levels required for each job... are vastly different. Look, I'm all in favor of those with special needs working at McDonald's... but I doubt I can find the same people I've seen try to sell life insurance.

And if you're trying to attract QUALITY agents to do the job as an agent SHOULD be doing... well, I guess it takes a quality person to attract quality agents. Since YOU see the job as the equivalent as being at McDonald's... you deserve EVERY "agent" that contacts you to do the "minimum job".
UH! the second job I had after I came home from the service was at McDonalds...Was in management but I can tell you there were some bright people that worked there, some brighter than some insurance agents I have known, and they were doing honest, honorable labor which you would miss very dearly if no one was willing to do it. :1frown:

I've been in food management and bank management. People were smarter back then.

Exactly why they can make $150 a day versus $58 . . .

Yep - you probably can't find them - but, I can. Why? Because I'm not all pompous and conceited like peeps like you . . .

Awe - thanks . . .

Everyone has the same opportunities . . . Which one they choose is their business. I'm not hindering anyone from doing anything they wish to do. It is their choice to come aboard . . .

Yea like I said earlier - Davey aka DHK is just a pompous, conceited west coast *rick . . .

I'm the pompous one? I wasn't the one saying that agents would go to jail for "rolling over contracts".

Yes sir! You can't just replace a clients life insurance policy just because you leave one job and go to another for the sake of commission. That is illegal in the State of Georgia.
