8 hours @ McDonalds vs 8 hours Selling Final Expense . . .

I just hope he has lots of money in the bank to cover all the chargebacks and roll ups that will be going on. Sounds like Securus 2.0. They couldn't even make the free lead program work. Of course they weren't using organic leads. Lol
organic leads? leads with no fertilizer? :skeptical::)

I agree that I wish him well.. But in this thread he is coming across as the guy who sits around daydreaming and planning around the dream without ever actually doing anything..

So far this week:

Measured and laid out Call Center cubicles.

Started running 10000' of CAT5e through the ceiling.

Put legs on the Pool Table and taped off the Corn Hole boxes.

Next week even more fun. Taking off the entire week for my Son's baseball games. 5 games from Tuesday to Tuesday.

No daydreaming for me. Call Center opens April 16th.

See - they should have used organic leads . . .

You know Tom, that Pool Table can also be used for a Fancy Eatin' Table. You can also use it for staff meetings.

The quest that myself, my family and my team are launching is two fold:

#1 - create Immediate Income and Residual Income for my Family & Team . . .

#2 - create Jobs and help others do the same for Themselves and their Families . . .

Now keep in mind - we aren't hiring full-time Independent Insurance Agents. Plenty of places for those peeps to hook on to - we'll even help them . . .

We are looking for peeps that want to make more than Minimum Wage and not have to work a JOB. We want peeps to be able to Learn & Earn at their own pace. We want peeps to be able to attend their child's Baseball Games, Dance Recitals, etc without the fear of getting fired or replaced . . .

We want to create a cool culture where peeps can come to work, have fun & make money.

We want peeps that want to make one sale a day or 2 sales a week or 10 sales a month.

So - here is a basic breakdown:

8 hours a day at McDonalds @ $7.25 per hour = $58. Future income potential for them having worked those 8 hours = $0.

8 hours a day selling one Final Expense policy @ $50 per month x 50% Commission x 6 month advance = $150 . . . Future income potential for working those 8 hours over the next 36 Months = an additional $198.00! This doesn't include Bonuses & Incentives!

( Pass-Thru months 7 - 12 = $25 per month a 6 = $150. Renewals for 24 months @ $2 = $48 for a potential of $198 . . . )

Naturally - there will be Charge Backs and Cancellations. But any person has the possibility of earning $150 a day versus $58 a day and the possibility of earning an additional $198 over 36 months versus $0 . . . Plus - this doesn't include Bonuses & Incentives!

You are an F****** moron! To compare selling life insurance to a McDonald's job is asinine at best, but quite frankly INSULTING to everyone else on this board (Yes, even all those in the FE forum)!

Insurance agents are licensed professionals (well, with some exceptions). What does that mean? It means that you are held liable for your actions. It does not mean you're competent, but that you can be held liable.

Food service workers DO have to do some kind of food safety certifications... but don't think to compare food temperatures with the terminology required for understanding life insurance contracts. Not nearly in the same league, dude.

Home

The IQ levels required for each job... are vastly different. Look, I'm all in favor of those with special needs working at McDonald's... but I doubt I can find the same people I've seen try to sell life insurance.

And if you're trying to attract QUALITY agents to do the job as an agent SHOULD be doing... well, I guess it takes a quality person to attract quality agents. Since YOU see the job as the equivalent as being at McDonald's... you deserve EVERY "agent" that contacts you to do the "minimum job".
