He cant face the same scrutiny that he has put many others through. A simple, "I was not aware of the issue, and it has nothing to do with me.", is more than enough to continue to post on this site in unrelated threads. If he is a recruiter, or directly employed by fex which some suspect then he is a liar, but smart for staying away. If he truly is just an agent of theres then a coward would be an understatement.

No, because one thing you have to say is that JD's loyal to a fault. He know's that his natural instinct would be to have Bobby Knight's back. At this point in time he's not sure he could do that. I'd probably do it the same way.
