One question, aren't Travis and Scott co-owners and founders of FexContracting? Or it is a Scott only deal?

Well Scott has had FEX for awhile. He partnered up with Brad for a little while. Then, as I recall, Travis came into the mix and 3's a crowd I guess and Brad split. And National Underwriting Services was born DBA FEX Contracting or vice versa idk.

There is a certain amount of irony in the whole thing. The heavy hitter is calling the lowlife, trailer living, door knocking, bust out scumbag out because of the way he chooses to live his life and low and behold. We have a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

Only to the extent that you have knowledge about that person. Some people can keep their true being secret to a great extent. Others change over time... I certainly hope I am not the same person my wife married.. Maybe she saw something in me I didn't see in myself. ??

They associated themselves with Mr. wonderful Tim Winders knowing the type of person he was and it was proven, the shady business practices and ripping agents off, this isn't news that they Will associate themselves with anyone that can potentially make the money

In most cases I'd agree with you. In this case Scott, Jd, and Travis should be embarrassed by their holier than thou attitudes ... fex is facing a very humbling moment.

The reaction on the forum has actually been very low key. In my opinion, the real take away, as far as my view of the forum goes, is that this incident has really shown that the EFES's and 360's and Todd King folks, among others, are all a cut above with respect to respect for one another.

Exactly.. I have never had a problem with Scott. He has always treated me well. And, everyone who has spent anytime on the forum has seen the interaction between JD and me but I don't see how he could bear any blame in this just because Travis has been his mentor and longtime friend.

I don't think anyone here is blaming Scott or JD for any of Travis's problems. Most of us I'm sure feel pretty bad for both Scott and JD given how they had to find out about this situation.

I think, Louis, that nearly everyone here has been very restrained in their comments. Certainly far more so than we would have expected from TT if the proverbial shoe were on the other foot. Travis has often been a belligerent and belittling bully on the forum, often proclaiming that his way is the only way to conduct this business and anyone doing it differently is a a broke-dick trailer-living dumpster-diving for dinner loser. Many feel that the recent difficulties of TT are a bit of a comeuppance for him.

You are, without a doubt, a good man, Louis.
