From an IMO perspective, why would I want to train and support agents who throw us an app or two a month? I don't really even pursue the "Hey I want to get my ______ contract through you." Todd can have those guys

We have enough info about us out there that many have already done the research before they call and say that to us. Of course, unlike many FMO's here, we still make sure they are vetted first.

As far as training goes, the ones that we actually have to spend time with end up staying for the most part.
