Ok, so if you had a client on the exchange from last year (paid commission every month) with company "A" for 6% monthly commission, and you change their insurance THIS year to a different plan, but still with company "A", do you get a brand new year of 6% commissions?

Last year with Humana it was a new first year commission. I couldn't tell you how it will be for 2016.

I think it stays the same. So the new agent gets 6% of the year 1 commission

so what if you and your spouse have a license and just switch from year to year? you can keep getting the high percentage pay? sounds like everyone should get an extra license for their spouse
