You must be referring to Melissa at HealthSherpa. We corresponded by e-mail a few days ago. She's very helpful. Other associates have had their "stuck" applications (and other issues) resolved this week as well.

Maybe you're using incorrect HealthSherpa contact information, HealthMan1.
Try: Phone: (888) 735-1464

Also, you might find helpful resources in the HealthSherpa discussion thread.

And on to our regularly scheduled programming!

Hi Kenny:

I have (16) completed applications on ACA. None of my clients have received any welcome packets from the carriers.

How can I make sure that those have gone from the ACA Express site to HC.gov and to the carrier?

Also what is the meaning of the different symbols that display at the top of the completed page when the app is submitted?

Tks,
Duaine

I submitted about 8 on ACA Express and they are going pretty quick, submit on Saturday and issued on Monday. The problem is there is no correspondence to the agent that enrollment is completed you have to call the carrier for this information.

When an application is submitted our platform informs you of a succesful submission and you can also look up in the Applicants link in your Dashboard.

Kenny,
What do you mean by "applicant's link" ? Are you referring to the application ID or something else?

Ive been using Sherpa so far and as the client enrolls I get credited for the app. Works just like its suppose to. Now ACA wasnt working like that until a couple of days ago when they finally got it up and running.

But as Im starting an app from ACA Express, it carries over into the health care.gov site where the ? up is anyone helping you... so someone has to enter the info here or what? I was told that the agents ffm and npn would be hardcoded into the app and it would carry over. This is just been a mess with ACA Express so far it seems.

I like the look and feel better, but Sherpa seems to actually work like its suppose to.

Am I missing something here? Im a little dissapointed that the ACA Express site has not performed as it was presented that it would.

Looks like some words got lost in translation or in transcribing. Could the poster be clearer on the problems he's experiencing. I've submitted 26 apps with ACA and after smoothing out some rough edges it seems to be working fine. The carriers have posted the apps on their sites and as such my NPN has been carried over.
