ACAexpress.com

Why the hell the make you change your password every 60 days is beyond me. My 60th day is set to expire Dec 8th. If things get screwed up, we're talking tens of thousands of lost revenue to clear things up.

My question is, can I go change my password before the 60th day??

Yes, you can change your pw anytime Y, you do not have to wait 60 days.

Yes!

Good luck...
Make sure as well, (We are seeing many agents who did not set it corretly) that you have set the "Role" within CMS of "FFM Agent Broker

Just a note that ACA Express is working fine for me now.

It seems to "like" Google Chrome better than IE 11 because of some Web Certificate issues on IE 11.

I've been able to smoothly quote and see a realistic subsidy except in one case and that may of been on the healthcare.gov side as we clicked "use the same income as last year". When we did that the subsidy came down by $60 per month from the ACA subsidy amount.

What would be nice is if the clients basic information transferred over. You still have to put in their name, address, ss#, etc which is a pain.

So some polices totally submitted and new business on the books. Much easier than on the $11 Billion dollar healthcare.gov

I got my ACA express site late this evening, unable to use it for exchange plans to get subsidy as it prepopulated my FFM ID in the healthcare.gov username section and I cant delete it to put in the applicant username and the password.
Any help would be appreciated as I will have to wait until Monday 11/24 to get this sorted out.

You're seeing the right login. It's connecting you to the broker entrance, and should prepopulate your FFM ID. You should be logging in with the password you registered at portal.cms.gov with your FFMID. Essentially, the same login/pw as you use on portal.cms.gov
