Wouldn't really know... do you really want to sell a policy that requires a conditional death to pay?

I haven't seen a stand a lone AD&D policy, but there are several Hospital Income policies that you can add an AD&D rider to...and they usually pay 50-55%.

Mutual of Omaha offers an accidental death policy that also pays amounts for dismemberment etc.....I used it a couple of times as a last resort, what is funny is I have a 100% chargeback on that product and have not used it yet, realized if I had to pitch it as a last ditch I might as well save the hassle.

Lots of agents won't sell GI FE because of that chargeback.

You have to pick your battles. Nothing wrong with selling GI, but if it is clear the person is not long for this world it may be a pointless exercise.
