oh yea...getting low renewals on a original low prem. year after year sounds like fun....
The GR renewal check is a burr in my saddle, but as long as their product is competitive on renewal I don't move them.
However, each month since July when Aetna came out with new plans I have been moving cases off GR to Aetna. A few have gone to H1, but most to Aetna.
I don't care for churning but when the situation warrants a change that benefits the consumer, I don't complain about swapping a $9 monthly check for a $70 one.
