I have been able to run a report and export my database. It only gives me clients name, number, email, city, state and zip but it at least it's something. Missing, notes, policy info and date of birth.

I assume you have been able to do this also but if not..let me know and I will tell you what I did.

That's the problem, they are unable to back up our data, meaning their system is so messed up we cant get it. They continue to promise that they are working on a solution, but we have yet to hear from them.
