Aggregate/Cluster offer - Thoughts?

While I can't speak for New York, I gotta believe there are many better options out there for you, especially if you have an insurance background. I chose to partner with PGI a few years ago and couldn't be happier with my decision so far. That renewal commission may sound ok today, but my bet is that a few years from now you will have a change of heart and begin to think you are getting ripped off.

I would never sell the customer relationship to someone else and take reduced commission. The relationship is the most valuable thing you own.

Additionally, why give the network 30% of your revenue when you sell? Did you really ownt he book if they collect 30% of proceeds in the sale?

OP - I am curious if there's also a vesting period on your book of business. Meaning, is their cut of the agency sale actually larger than 30% in the first few years of your contract? Or does it start at 30% and stay there in perpetuity?
