Alternative to Microsoft Outlook?

Is there any alternatives to Microsoft Outlook Express? I was just trying to sync my YIO clients to Outlook and realized that I don't have it. Is there any free programs to use to take the place of it?

I do know that outlook is a pop3 email service and there is a way of doing it. I just dont remember how to do it.

I need something that also syncs to YIO which I am not sure is possible. Maybe Frank will see this.

I would bet that he doesn't. I don't think that is his department.

YIO doesn't sync to thunderbird.

If Frank does see this, being able to sync YIO to Mozilla's Thunderbird would be good as that's the closest to an Outlook substitute.

I agree with using Thunderbird. I thinks it is every bit as good as Outlook for most people, and it is free.

The only other problem with Thunderbird is that I don't know of any smart phones that will sync with it either.

Wilkin...Is T_Bird easy to set up? And how do you know what the POP stuff is?

I set it up in 2 seconds. I had my yahoo account linked to it but then just deleted the whole program because it didn't sink to YIO.
