The main problem with ARIC is the PPO network, they changed from PHCS to Great West. In Texas the Great West network is very small.
Also their prices are not very competetive. Their plan has numerous computations, you can make it dirt cheap (With pathetic coverage) or have good coverage and very high prices. All in all, not worth looking at.
