I have had Ams360, Pl rater and CRQ for over 3 years. I am extremely happy with the Pl rater and CRQ. 360 is nice but I really do not use it for what I think it was built for which was accounting. I want my AMS to be more of a CRM which it seems Ezlynx's system is. Along with form generation. Has anyone made this switch or does anyone use Ezlynx's systems.

I'd check out QQ Catalyst if I was you. IMHO, way better than the above.
They integrate with QBooks online for accounting. [AMS can't build better accounting software than QB, + your CPA is familiar with QB as well]
QQ encourages 3rd party vendors to integrate with them vs. the competition charges folks to integrate with them. So there are many great vendors in their marketplace that helps an agency do what they do better.
From the conversations I've had all over the country, many IA's are moving to QQ.
But, everyone has their own idea of what is best. I do encourage you to check them out.
