Annuity Leads/Appointment Setters

I am an independent agent in Florida, currently using my own mortgage protection/life direct mail campaign and would like to incorporate a seperate monthly mailing for potential annuity clients - any suggestions out there on how to get accurate demographics and a good, quality approach letter?

Has anyone used Advisor world? They claim to have a more thorough screening process however leads are much more $ may be worth it but wanted to see if anyone here has used before I pull the trigger.

dressander is an up front company, they've been very honest with me and have some good programs,I deal with brian, I have no fish to fry here and don't make anything for saying to go with them(disclosure)
