Anyone in So Cal?

None that I know of but he said they were prety good in Ca. How could they be good in Ca if they have the same rates as everywhere else?

I think they are accustomed to overpaying for everything or just want something quick and easy. Surely there are competitive carriers out there but consumers never know unless they shop. LH and SL are recruiting heavily all over the place and have alot of feet on the street.

Im in LA, but mostly sell out in the IE area....Im out there 65% of the time! LA has pockets of good zips for FE, Im on the westside, not a great area for FE. U need to find lower middle class areas or upper lower class areas. Not so poor, they barely eating, but only 1 or 2 classes above that.

Some other here say their market is the poorest of the poor, but Ive found that not to be the case for me...I go to a lot of mobile home parks, but Ive never been to the projects & dont plan on it!!

You said you go to mobile home parks. I have tried this and most of them have no solicitors allowed signs posted and the office people will chase you away if you are there soliciting. So how do u do this?

Are there any life companies that rate by state? That may be a stupid question- but I've not seen one.

The closest thing to state rates would be in a state like Montana where they require unisex rates for certain types of policies.
