Anyone using ZOHO CRM ?

You are a call center type operation? Was definitely considering VS but it's so phone management oriented.

Pushing my business away from phone calls in any way. We see the rope ladder being pulled up on dialing. I'm trying to take everything digital

We are telesales, Final Expense. FaceBook leads come in and are cued up and ready. Email goes out automatically. So much to like. Glad we chose Vanilla Soft.

Not sure what you are asking, I use Zapier to grab my FB leads.

Ty. Yeah I had a half attented AC issue. Also a chance I'm just a tard.

I meant zapier.

I am doing a lot of chatbot stuff. I'm copying all communications to multiple crms used for different purposes. I'll check out the built in VS/zap automation, TY.

Bringing up this old thread in the hopes to provide more info for people as Zoho has gone through a lot of changes!

With the advent of Zoho One, it is well-positioned to help insurance agencies grow more than ever!

My friend just signed up for the $12 a month version . Very easy to use and does what he needs it to do . He needs it to hold all his clients and apps, alert him to birthdays , appointments. I believe it can send mass emails and texts . It holds all your leads and has a simple dialer I believe .If not they Have a $20 one that can . Josh's is nice but I can't Justify spending $200 a month on one as I'd be using for simple tasks .

How does it compare to a ready for action right out of the box CRM for the digital age like Agency Autopilot?

I think this all depends on where your agency is at and what resources you have available. Zoho is more like SalesForce and Hubspot. To get the most out of it you are likely going to have to spend time and money for it to reach its full potential.

The problem with a pre-built solution is that you get exactly the same thing. Always. Eventually, an agency will outgrow that type of system and want to customize their business processes.

With Zoho One it's $35/mth per employee and you get access to 40+ different tools. This includes CRM, Booking software, video conference software, marketing automation, ticketing system, document signing, I could go on...

The potential with something like Zoho is endless, that being said it is a lot more overwhelming than something like Agency Autopilot. So it all comes down to resources and where your agency is currently at.

Unfortunately, it doesn't have a dialer that comes natively, at least in the Zoho One software suite, you have to first connect a telephone system, something like Twilio would work to set up for calls and SMS through the CRM.

Kasey are you with Zoho ? One very big negative I heard from my friend was customer service . It's foreign based and he had a tremendously tough time understanding them . It was very frustrating he said .

I don't work for them no, but I have actually started my own CRM consulting firm for helping insurance agencies utilize Zoho One/CRM. I've been working with an insurance company for a couple of years now as a Data Engineer and saw how impactful having the proper tools are. Once I saw Zoho in action I felt like I needed to get it out there to spread the word and help as many companies as I could.

You are correct though, Zoho isn't the best with support. They create some solid tools, but would rather leave the support to their partners. My experience is different than other people's as I am an authorized partner so I get access to more resources than the average person. I act as the first layer of support for my clients so when I can't solve something right away I have a support team I can reach out to.
