I don't adhere to Agentguy's advice on this one...or Travis'?. I like an appt setter because it is the part of this job I frankly don't want to do. I probably lose sales/leads over it, but to me it is an acceptable loss. Not the right mentality for 99% of agents, but it suits me fine. I can pay an appt setter and still make a 6-9 times ROI on my leads and setter fees...I'm a pig in slop!

I can make my own appts. The problem is I work 4 days a week in the field
so I am tired when I get in at night. My appt setter gets $16 per seen
appt. I budget $1000 per month for her and $3000 for mail and I mail
2000 mailers every week unless I get backed up then I skip a week. I do this
42 weeks a year. Works for me. If you want better threads than this on the
forum this has been talked about several times in other threads in the last year. Good luck.

No it's Josh's way of jabbing at me...their was a guy a couple months ago that would get to his 20 characters by doing that...it drove me nuts, so josh being a good friend continues to do it
