I think it is a great idea

I only read the last post of a thread and fill in the gaps with rumors and hearsay.
If you actually post this...I will drive to your house and kick your ass...when I get back in town.
Hey fellow FE slummers lol
Toying with an idea here. If I get enough interest I will do it. As some of you know my wife is my appt setter. I have spoke to her about recording some of the appts she books. Also to include the good, the bad and the ugly. So you can hear when she does and does not book. She has a very high appt vs. contact rate but even she gets shot down. This may help agents in these ways:
1. Just hear how another person does it.
2. Learn that you can engage a little about "life insurance" on the call and book the appt that is super qualified.
3. Hear the real grumpy prospects cuss her out LOL
4. Understand that when a lead asks you to call back next week most of the time if you do you will book the appt.
5. You may pick up a few tips and tricks to help you out.
Sometimes we as agents get caught up in the details of talking insurance and it can go over the prospects head. My wife dumbs it down for them...and dont forget she is not an agent so she doesnt speak in INSURANCE dialect.
How many would be interested in hearing a bunch of these? Show of hands?
The recordings of her appointment setting are a great idea but you are missing the obvious thing...an interview with a great appointment setter so agents not only hear the words that work but the line of thought about why she does it the way she does it.
Do both and you have a grand slam!
My wife is about to start setting appts for me and THIS is exactly what she needs to keep from burning through too many initially. This would be great!
I told her about your wife setting your appts and that's what made her decide to start setting for me.
