I stayed at the office late waiting on this couple to come pay to prevent a cancellation, they never showed up. We saw them later that night at Wal-Mart with two carts full of stuff, then I ran into another customer with a pending cancellation who was getting materials to make elf costumes and also had an overflowing shopping cart.

If you're doing that much nonstandard, you really need to request Commission as earned. The first few months is kind of rough, but it levels things off from one month to the next, and you don't feel the sting of chargebacks, especially during months that historically hurt. Like late March or april, when all the tax season ballers inevitably cancel for non pay.
