Arizona/Rhode Island Potential clients lives in both states

I have a potential client that lives in Arizona and Rhode Island throughout the year. I was wondering which carrier would work for this situation. Rhode Island I can't find any information on them for health insurance so not sure what carriers would work with them.

I would like to know how these carriers would treat the situation:

Assurant
Golden Rule
Humana
World

I know Blue Cross would work and GR. Call the other carriers, but I believe all but World has a network here.

Not worried about the network in arizona more concerned with the networks in Rhode Island? I should of been clearer in my question.

GR has a national network and Assurant has PHCS which is also national.

Your best bet is to just call the companies or if you work through a national marketing agency they could help.

Well here is the word from Assurant they will be charged out of network fees for Rhode Island.

Don't know about Golden rule not appointed with them yet. I just have my license in california but will be getting a non resident here soon because this one sell may lead to others.
