Reading the policy....what an insane concept

Yeah, I know.

Helps me sleep at night. Not as good as a glass of wine but better than sleeping pills. I often fall asleep while reading a good policy . . . or a bad one.

Sometimes reading the policy doesn't help nor does even calling the company. Let me know what the benefit is for out-patient therapy with Golden Rule.

Well if you're looking for clarification here it is; no carrier will pay anything towards a work-related claim if:

1) That person is covered under worker's comp - whether they file a claim or not.

2) That person was required to have worker's comp.
