Asurea and Ritter Insurance Opinions?

Not sure we're talking about the same group. The Asurea I'm talking about was formerly Insurance Wholesalers. They had very good leads and were honest. Can't see the relation with NAA other than they both sold Mortgage Protection. However, that was a while ago and I haven't kept up with them.

Same group.

It's like break off sects from different religions.

It's a little different but ultimately the same.

Asurea is different than NAA in the way the operate. They recruited me to open a branch here in Utah with decent contracts and leads. Their idea was to bring on fresh college grads on a small base salary and teach them annuities, medicare and life/final expense. The manager handled most of the annuity sales and of course got over writes off the whole team. Not a bad gig if it was what they said. Sounded more like American Senior Benefits type of deal than NAA. In my opinion

They ended the salary system years ago because it wasn't working

(My guess is that there were too many agents who would jump on and produce little to nothing meanwhile burning leads and drawing a small salary).

My old boss at GASB (ASB) is now the director of agency development at Asurea, and it seems like they are closely related.

Who would that be??

Not saying they are the Same company but that they work the same way. Hire as many people as you can, see who sticks. Train based off of fear. Tell your agents to go out and buy new a new car, new suit, etc.

Edit: just saw you said who lol.
I'll give his first name, Ian.
