AVOID - Secure Agent Marketing

I thought over on facebook where this was posted everything was all evened out after Cody himself called and spoke to the fraud victim, I mean potential customer?

Was that not this?

Cody probably makes $5 mil a yr easy . He’s the Tony Robbins of ins . He’s really primarily a motivational speaker .He buys agency’s now and sells leads also . I rarely see him trying to Recruit on videos .

Duford actually has a video this week about recruiting. He says a fe guy can only make so much a yr as he hits a ceiling . He says you can’t physically work more than 40 appts or 80 hrs a week . You burn out . I think Dufords motivation was his father killing him self 80 hrs a week owning a business . He says he’s making many multiples of his best yr in the field . He knew if he sacrificed for 5 yrs or so working 80 hrs a week he’d be able to work a normal sch making 7 gigs.To make life changing income you must recruit big . Many such as Duford combines it with selling seminars and partnering with organizations to get a piece of overides such as he does with Medicare . What allows this is the you tube channel he built over many yrs .

Go threw the internet and look how tons of insurance guys are building massive followings with you tube to recruit . Duford is trying to become kind of like a Dave Ramsey as a pod caster but he uses the platform and following to recruit . Unless you basically want a “ job” I’d advise all young people getting into insurance to work toward this platform . It’s super tough and few succeed but there’s $1-$5 mil a yr income and massive back end renewals on all that business .

I received an apology from Cody. However, they then began a crusade to bury any of my posts regarding the situation. And, several of the larger groups (Medicare Gurus etc) obliged. At that point I decided that the apology was mere damage control and that this information needed disseminated in a manner that couldn't be deleted. Landon even blocked me after he requested I delete my posts and I told him no.

Since they work the FE markets I thought this would be an appropriate forum.
After kicking this around for a week, I decided that it needs posted here just in case others have found themselves in the same situation. I have received multiple pm's from individuals who were not happy with Secure Agent Marketing and I know that there was a post back in the summer where one of their agents berated a potential customer. So....

Quick back story.... I approach SAM in the summer about using Sampson. I was assigned Brady to assist me through the process. At the time I had requested to speak with one of their customers who was using Sampson and having success. As you can see from image #1 (in purple), Brady had an agent named John (from Round Rock, Texas), call me. It was a great call. John told me that Sampson was producing 100% of his leads and he was writing +$40K/month from this system. Needless to say I was impressed. However, he also told me that he was writing 100% of it with Mutual of Omaha and all in telesales. This was a big red flag. So, despite the glowing review, I still held off and never did move forward as I just had a feeling in the pit of my stomach that something wasn't right.

Flash forward to a few weeks ago. I was once again kicking around Sampson and decided to reach out to the agent in Texas (John) to see if things were still going well. I called twice and no answer. I then sent a simple "John?" text to him. He replies back that his name is not John but is Mike, the marketing director for Secure Agent Marketing! Brady and Mike had created a ruse to where Mike would act like he was a very successful customer of Secure Agent Marketing so that they could get sales. I confronted Mike (aka John) and you can see his response below. I left a message (alluding to what had transpired and the importance of the phone call)with SAM last Friday for a return phone call from Landon or Cody and as of this moment I have not heard from either. I realize that there are people who have used them with success but I also believe that incidents of deliberate fraud need to be known just in case there are others out there.
Awww damn, this post came a couple of weeks too late for me. Lol, I just finished a bunch of Medicare leads - they pretty much sucked ass. One lady said the ad said something about qualifying for $700 + dollars of help per month or something to that effect - so the ads must be pretty misleading (I kick myself for ignoring some red flags/gut feelings about this company). The only real reason I tried them is because FB wouldn't approve some campaigns that I was trying for the reason that THEY THOUGHT I would be selling the generated leads (and I couldn't convince them otherwise). So here I am, BUYING FB leads from this outfit - damn FB!

Sorry to hear that :/

They wouldn't show you the ad creative or copy or targeting?

Seems fishy but also expected from this kracker jack operation.

Do you know the name of the page from which they generate FB leads? We can go to ads library and see their ads. I can guarantee you they are ***ing terrible.

They take dogshit ads like this one. I screenshot this from one of their clients ads library. I know it's their work because I've found the exact same ad used by multiple other clients.

Secure agent marketing clients have the luxury of using both the worst quality of creative AND being a totally generic copy of every other SAM client, all for the low low price of 50% of their adspend.

On the bright side, cody will probably be getting that plane any year here now :)
