I finally moved to a high protein low fat diet. Eating animal every day now, along with lots and lost of raw veggies.
Lost the belly
Gained lots of muscle
Cholesterol is back down to normal levels
Energy level is high
You meant "low fat" or low carb? Not judging, just asking :-)
PS. What protein/fat/carbs ratios are you aiming for?
That's what I'm trying to implement - low fat, lean proteins and plenty of veggies. Keto wasn't really for me...Sounds like low fat ... I would guess lean protein (chicken, fish, lean beef) and veggies, no or few fruits.
