Low fat and little carbs.
No cheese, bread or pasta
No rice or grains
No Canned or Frozen foods
No junk food
Last night we had Filet Mignon with a huge salad and lots of Avocado
Breakfast, protein shake before the gym today
Pork chops and Brocolli for lunch after Working Shoulders
Fruits and nuts, are great for daily snacking, papaya and Mango
Tonight I'll each Chicken and another Big salad and whatever veggies Mariana makes
Part of it is diet but I would have to say the real game changer is that I'm back in the gym 4-5 days weekly, consistently.... and 3-4 days on the Peleton
Muscle Memory is real so a lot of the old size and strength came back!

Are you still taking the ON Gold Standard.
Not that it beats protein from meat but great way to supplement.
