I do it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I like extra crispy. If you don't want it so crispy, don't leave it in as long.
I like the oven because I don't have to watch it, I can cook more at once and grease doesn't splatter everywhere. I've been doing it this way for years.
I do 400 for 20 - 22 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon
