Went to the chocolate factory in Daytona this morning, they had Chocolate Covered Bacon.. For the non Keto, they had Chocolate Covered Potato Chips..

I think Bob Evans has chocolate covered bacon too. They also have Jalapeno flavored chocolate.

Seems like all southerners like their bacon crisp and it seems the northerners think that is overdone. At least that is my experiences.

I'm a Northerner, and I like my bacon crisp.

I don't even mind burnt bacon.

My 8 year old daughter loves it when cooked to crispness but before burned. I always told her it’s like candy and she told me recently she agrees. Her mother is the enemy, she will only give her turkey bacon.

As with my wife... she will not eat pork... I love pork. But that's ok, we make it work.

Just came home from an early morning fishing trip and have bacon in the oven as I type.
