BACON IS FOR CLOSERS...

I'm taking the train to Philly tomorrow morning for an appointment then HAVE to stop at Reading Terminal Market after. Total sensory overload, if you ever go to Philly it's an absolute must.

Reading Terminal Market

Not thinking about any silly diets while there, either.

My daughter just asked if I would take her and her brother and sister once her sister gets back from Costa Rica.

Sensory overload - yes. I try to to fast the day before I go, because I will eat a corn dog or two at Fox&Son.

Yes, I said it. I will eat me one of them there corn dogs (not keto - but they are gluten-free).

I'll eat it as I walk down to Sang Kee where I will get me one of them there Peking Ducks.

I love Reading Terminal market. I need to find me some Philly FE leads.

Beware of keto-treats. 30 days? Keto is a healing diet (sounds like it did an unbelievable job with @goillini52's COPD. I think it took more than 30 days though. Not sure it will fix what ails you so quickly you can go for Franken-foods in 30 days and not worry about it.

Eat meat, drink water ... then eat meat, a few non-starchy veggies, and drink water.

Coffee/tea is also acceptable.

"Fat-bomb keto treats" should probably be added once you hit your goals, but not before.

That being said, I see these things are made in a corn dog maker. In addition to pizza, I sure do miss a good corn dog too.

Still, it would be a rare treat withing the carbs not a daily thing or even a weekly thing

More than likely a 4 or 5 times a year thing

However probably a never thing only because it requires a machine I see

Fvck no ... I mean pizza ... real pizza ... like Bronx, Ny pizza from Full Moon Pizzeria at 600 East 187th Street in the Arthur Avenue Little Italy section of the Bronx.

Relax, it was a joke from the TV show "The Office". I know all about pizza, I grew up on a corner in Brooklyn where I lived for over 40 years. I was there a week ago.
