I love me pork as well. I door knocked a lead on Monday and she was cooking a pork butt with homemade kraut (very mild). I got the sale and a good dinner.

She was a very nice lady. Also she mentioned during the presentation that she spent a lot of time alone since her husband passed and her daughter and family had to move out to Pittsburgh when her son-in-law was transferred. She already was well-covered, in fact, and just wanted a small extra policy so her daughter would have the extra money to come back home to bury her when the time comes.
If you could have heard the way she asked me to stay for dinner it would have broken your heart. I couldn't say no. We had a real nice meal and I would say we both enjoyed each other's company. I'd want someone to do that for my mom if she were ever in that position. I definitely made a new friend that day!

Looking at that makes me feel

How about pork over pork ...
Bacon wrapped pork tenderloins stuffed with jack cheese. One also is stuffed with jalapeno and the other is just cheese.
I'm going to cook them on that rack in hopes of uniform bacon crispiness. I got the idea from a link someone shared out on the ZuckerbergBlog, aka FB ... I'm hoping they look pretty when done. But regardless, I suspect they will taste pretty darn good!
