Yeah, what is it about the South and Chinese food... they just can't get it right down there.

Maybe they don't have enough stray dogs or cats.

Seems its more on the correlation of the HDL and LDL than it is about the levels

I think triglycerides is the concern, to tell you the truth. The lower the better.

When I was a kid my mom and both my grandmas used lard exclusively for baking, cooking, frying, etc. But bacon grease will have a smoked cony flavor that those looking for a straight fudge brownie taste might not enjoy. I know a lot of folks like maple and bacon together but I really do not like it at all.

Also, even if you do use bacon grease, brownies are not keto. And @goillini52 will no doubt tell you LD, that you should just smoke your dope and not eat it.

I've been working out again on a regular basis and looking for good protein sources... I discovered the other day that a can of salmon has 5 servings with 17g of protein in each one... a whopping 85g per can. I mix that puppy up with some mustard and go to town.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of all the excess mercury...
