BACON IS FOR CLOSERS...

I finally did this a few weeks back.

I think that I have mercury poisoning.

Except for some t-bone steak and a burger on the Fourth, I've been doing the "Pescatarian" thing for a couple of weeks, just fish and seafood and non-starchy veg (while I am not a big fan of veggies it turns out that I really like spaghetti squash tossed with salt, pepper, and olive oil and some shredded parm or romano cheese).

Not sure I feel much different other than I have started to lose some more weight. I don't have any reason to do it other than I really like fish and seafood and it is summertime so I can grill it outside without my kids (2 out of 3 of whom are decidedly NOT fans of fish or things that smell like fish) from getting upset from the cooking odors.

I eat tuna but I'm not stuck on it in anyway and I eat a good variety of both saltwater and freshwater fish. There is a little fish market in Allentown I like to go to, but I'll also buy from Costco and from Whole Foods. I love trout when I can get it.

I could 100% do a pescatarian lifestyle. I'm currently doing another run of "Whole 30" just because I do feel higher energy levels on it. I'm planning on chilling for the month of August so I have to really focus this month.

Do you fish? Because my FIL who's from NYC would drive out to the Allentown area on occasion to fish trout so I'm assuming it's popular.

I don't fish (much) but I have enough family and friends out here that do where I could get trout daily.

I'll mail some to you. I'm sure it ships well. "Lumpy mail"...lol.
