Best FE Company or IMO for NEWBY?

As always TD, depends on the odds. I don't think KY makes it past the second round personally and depending on the first round draw, may not make the second round. They were a bubble team heading into last night so that was a huge win for them.

KY didn't outclass Missouri last night. Mizzou, for much of the game, controlled everything---especially the inside. Dominated the boards too. I can't believe they lost but they are snakebitten on the road this year and usually only lose by a few points or OT. I agree---when a team loses that many close games, the coach has something to do with that.
That said, Missouri is going to be a dangerous team in the tournament. No top seeds are going to want to face Missouri in the 2nd round---I guarantee that.

UK outrebounded Mo last night. And that's without our best player.

Mo will fold up in the tourney like a cheap chair. Just like they did last year. Haith is 7-UP, "never had it, never will".

Only a bubble team accoring to that *** Lunardi at ESPN that is wrong every year. UK was in the tourney before last night so last night had no bearing unless we would have lost it.

JD, our friends & I are once again headed to Vegas for March Madness this yr....we havent gone in about 4 yrs, after going for like 15yrs straight! None of us follow College B-Ball at all like we did when we were younger, I could name maybe 2-3 players in ALL of college hoops.

So my question is, is the UK worth a bet on in the 1st 2 rds? Also, as we get closer & the brackets are out, I may need your asst on who looks good!

Now that we lost the best player in basketball it's gonna be about match ups moreso than ever. And the seeding. Plus once UK gets away from SEC officials we always do better.

I can't see any reason this is not a sweet sixteen team so that means 2 wins in the tourney. This team will need a lot of luck to go further than that. That's a really disappointing season for UK but that's the hand we were dealt.

Ah, sorry about that. Rebounds were even 37-37. I knew we dominated the offensive glass.....were up in that category 14-4 but ended up only up 15-9.
Refs were the worst I've seen all year. At least twice you guys knocked the ball out of bounds and even dove to save it...and the refs gave you the ball. Free throw attempts for KY: 36 Mizz: 17 and we were going hard to the bucket all night.
I'm not a Haith fan but hoping for Sweet 16 in spite of him.

That box score was wrong. UK won the rebound battle by 2 boards. Surely you're not crying about the calls? UK was hosed at home as usual. They tried to give the game to mo when WCS made a clean steal from Orichi late and was called for a foul.

Calls were bad on both sides....but I (objectively) counted more bad calls against Missouri.
I wish we had you guys at home but hopefully we'll meet again next month in the SEC tournament. I'm confident Missouri will be peaking next month. Let's watch. Maybe we'll get to have a friendly wager?

I don't know that the bad calls favored either team. I do know that SEC officials are the worst in college basketball and there will be bad calls in every game.

I wish the SEC office gave a crap about basketball.

Michigan is good. Big 10, {11, 12, 13?} is a bit over rated. That watch the paint dry offense that is used in the conference is a killer to them once they get into tournament play. Ohio St is good and well coached. Mich St is good but not as good as the talking heads like to make them. Michigan is the only tem in the conference with the players to just make plays when the system breaks down as it does so often in the tournament.

They didn't add Mizzou and A&M for their basketball teams...

Football pays the bills and adding the Texas and Missouri markets for tv and recruiting was huge.

Look at the latest USA Today Coaches Poll. Everyone seems to be dissing Kentucky:

USA Today | Sports | NCAAB | Polls

What's funny is.....they are saying KY is one of the last teams in and project them to be an 11 seed, yet Missouri isn't anywhere on that poll and they are projected as a 7 seed on latest projections.

That's exactly right. I don't begrudge them the football money. They colud use some of that money to hire competent officials for basketball.
