Why I bought these policies?
Well, I had gone to Bajaj Capital to seek an advice on how to invest my retirement money to get reasonable/good returns on it. I told them that I do not have any idea worth its name on investment and I look upon them for a professional advice as financial consultants.
If everybody has good knowledge on a subject, will there be any need of consultants? What is the role of a consultant? To cheat an unsuspecting customer for their personal benefit or to give proper advice on something about which he does not have sufficient knowledge or information. And if this is the advice which a consultant gives, who would believe these consultants?
I had no reason to disbelieve Bajaj Capital, given the size and span of their operations in India. Otherwise I would have cross-checked from other financial consultants.
When they came to know that I do not know about investments, they used this opportunity to cheat me instead of helping me. I had not expected this from them.
