Biggest Mistakes

Never happen....The squeaky wheel gets the oil and the guy with the juice will get the bennies and the person with the juice is the guy producing the most and really it should be that way...How would you like to be the guy putting up the big numbers to find out more fresh leads for a lower cost are going to Joe Newby who can't sell his way out of a wet paper bag.

I hear what you're saying but I'm talking about buying leads here through a financial arrangement... there are no favorites...no freebies just deferred payment...If JD wants more he can buy more.

Sounds like you're pretty conservative as am I. Eight months in and haven't had many chargebacks. My average AP per employee isn't as much as others on my team, but mine are staying on the books pretty good. Knock on wood.

If you are telling us the truth....That is Phenomenal Dude!!!

Smokin goose is ........not a charge back in 8 months of working the FE market...you are smokin!

No, no, no. I said not MANY chargebacks. And I've been in the worksite market. Trying to break into FE as the worksite market is tough.

We do post tax so the policy holders are not locked in. Just checked my last audit and 82 policies issued, 75 are still active. I really don't know if this is good or bad, but it is better than some of my team members.

Thanks for calling me phenomenal though. I'm gonna tell my wife how phenomenal I am. I'm sure I'll get an eye roll. :-)

Let's say JD and Mah both are EFES agents. How do you think JD is going to feel about this Welfare plan. Mah may like it. The person taking always likes it more than the guys forced to give. JD?

Now wait a minute, maybe you're on to something here. Give Mah those leads at a reduced cost and then JD can have the leads she doesn't sell for free. I'm betting (and I'm not a gamblin' man) JD could walk in sell most, if not all, of what Mah couldn't.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the 'worksite market '? Aflac?
AFLAC does worksite but they are "the worksite market." Many companies do worksite. The worksite market is simply selling individual products to employees of a company where the employer withholds and remits the premiums. The selling process takes place at the worksite instead o in individual homes.
