Body Donation Services?

I sold my organs for $7. Here in GA they give you a discount on your Driver's license if you donate them. Actually, I've been a donor since long before they were doing that, but I'm pretty sure my liver wont be of use to anyone by the time I get done with it.

is that the technology available where the whole body donates mean the whole body parts can be denoted to the other persons.

You can't donate your whole body to use organs for people.

You can donate organs to help people who need them but your body will be returned to your family.

Or you can donate your entire body to a medical school to be assigned to a medical student.

Have any of you had any experience with the (many) body donation services that purport to collect the remains and send them to a medical school?

Why do I ask? Well, first for general knowledge. Second, this is what I eventually want for myself. Third, my wife is having serious surgery next week and... well... you never know. Better to be prepared... then not.
